Our server also records the IP address a submission came from, and the time it arrived. We use this only to stop the form being abused by automated spam.
Stravia sets no cookies on this website. We run no analytics, no advertising network, no tracking pixels and no visitor profiling, and nothing of ours is stored in your browser. You do not need to accept anything to read this site.
There is one exception, and it is not ours. The Contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find our office. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. If you would rather avoid it, block third-party cookies in your browser, or skip the Contact page — our address is in the footer of every page.
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Where the enquiry leads to us working together, the same details become part of our ordinary client records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the form.
Your enquiry is delivered by email to Stravia and is read by our team. It passes through our website host and our email provider on the way, which is unavoidable for any email. Beyond that we do not share it with third parties, except where we are required to by law.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If we go on to work together, your details are retained for as long as the engagement runs and for the period our professional and statutory obligations require afterwards. The anti-spam records described above are deleted within 30 days.
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type reaches us encrypted. Mail credentials are held in a configuration file that is not reachable from the web. Access to enquiry email is limited to the people at Stravia who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. Please do not send confidential financial documents or identification through the form — we will arrange a secure route once we are in contact.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it. Email Hello@stravia.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Filling in the form is entirely voluntary. If you would rather not, email or call us instead.
This site links out to LinkedIn, to Google Maps, and to AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini from the "Ask AI for a summary" links in the footer. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's website, under their privacy policy, not ours.
This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
If personal information we hold is lost or exposed in a way that is likely to affect you, we will tell the people affected and the relevant Indian authorities without undue delay, and explain what happened and what we are doing about it.
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
